Thru the Lens: The Bulfinch Companies spent a day of service giving back to St. Francis House

Boston, MA The Bulfinch Companies spent a day of service giving back to their local community on November 20th, 2019. Bulfinch partnered with Building Impact, a nonprofit organization that designs corporate days of service and team volunteering in the community.

The Bulfinch team worked together to make sandwiches for the St. Francis House in Boston. St. Francis House is the largest day shelter in Massachusetts, serving an average of 500 adults experiencing homelessness and poverty daily, 365 days a year. Over 100 sandwiches were made and donated to the visitors at St. Francis House.

Bulfinch is a founding member of Building Impact and maintains a strong commitment to philanthropy within their community.

“Giving back is a core principle at Bulfinch and we believe that the holiday season is an especially important time to give back to those in need,” said CEO of Bulfinch Eric Schlager. “We are proud to come together as a team to help support people in our community experiencing homelessness and other hardships.”
