Trumbull-Nelson begins work on Gile Housing
Trumbull-Nelson Construction Co. has begun work on Gile Community Housing.The company is working with the Hartland Group and Twin Pines Housing Trust to deliver 120 affordable units.
The design features 12 buildings, each containing between seven and 14 single floor apartments.
Jim Odorisio is the project manager for Trumbull-Nelson.
Architect Gossens Bachman of Montpelier is the designer.
