Trotta returns to Lyman Real Estate as a broker and associate

Westbrook, CT After a move to England, Carolyn Trotta has returned to Lyman Real Estate, according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of the commercial brokerage and development firm. Trotta picks up again as a broker & associate, focusing on northeastern Connecticut, aka the quiet corner, where she lives. She looks forward to helping clients take advantage of opportunity zones in Storrs/Mansfield and Putnam.

Trotta received her salesman’s license in 2005 and broker’s license in 2010 and first worked at Lyman from 2006 to 2010, before moving to England because of her husband’s job. During the sojourn, she says, “I maintained my broker’s license throughout, knowing I would one day return to Lyman,” where she is “excited to be back working in the industry.” 

She holds a B.S. in finance from the UConn School of Business and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. A resident of Ashford, she and her husband have two children and a dog named Jack.
