Triglione and Bartley of Nordlund Assocs. sell 34 South Hunt Rd. for $5.7m
Amesbury, MA Nordlund Associates sold 34 South Hunt Rd. The 37,500 s/f building on 4.23 acres was purchased by Wicklow Realty, LLC from Grow to Show, LLC.
According to the buyer, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund to locate a property to facilitate the expansion of our company. They were able to locate an off market opportunity that allowed us to grow the company with an additional 10,000 s/f of expansion.”
The property sold for $5.7 million which equals $152 per s/f.
