According to Senate Construction Corp., Brian Trickett has joined the company as a project manager. Trickett comes to Senate with over 30 years experience in commercial, industrial and institutional construction, having been with R.L. Jeannotte for 10 years and with Delphi Construction the past four years before joining Senate. Trickett joins other former R.L Jeannotte employees at Senate, Cheryl Hemenway, office manager; Michael O'Hare, chief estimator; and Steve Bowie, project superintendent.
Trickett is project manager for two new buildings and site improvements recently awarded to Senate for The Brae Burn Country Club in Newton. The buildings, both 10,000 s/f, are part of infrastructure improvements for operations and maintenance for the second phase of Brae Burn's master renovation plan. The master plan project is managed by William Jackson Associates, Inc. of Concord and overseen by Olson, Lewis, Dioli, & Doktor Architects of Manchester by the Sea. Senate is completing the two buildings as a design build project with architect Patrick Slattery of Lunenburg. Senate has also been selected as general contractor for Integrated Process Technologies Inc. (IPT) office build out at its headquarters in Devens. This is the second project Senate has undertaken for IPT in the past two years. Maugel Architects Inc. of Harvard is working with Senate on this 9,000 s/f design build project.
