Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC completes multiple deals in Middletown, CT

Middletown, CT Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, completed the following at Middletown Business Park: Andrea Maule leased 393 s/f; Z-Mike, a division of NDC Technologies, leased 3,921 s/f. Davis represented the landlord, BostonMiddletown, LLC, and was the sole broker.

Trevor Davis Commercial has brought Middletown Business Park from 47% to 85% leased for the landlord. This 75,000 s/f office and light industrial park has great access from I-91 at Country Club Rd. (Exit 20), or Rte. 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle St. and Industrial Park Rd.

Davis completed the following transaction at 438 Main St.: HealthDrive Corp. leased 998 s/f. Davis represented the landlord, Hilltop Associates and was the sole broker.

According to Davis the 5-story front portion of The Central at 363 Main St. is fully leased. Larry Antosz and Erika Moses have leased offices in Central Suites. Davis was the only broker in those transactions and represented the landlord, 363 Main Street Middletown, LLC.

The Central at 134 Broad St. is the 2-story rear portion of the former Central National Bank & Trust Building, celebrating its 100th birthday in 2015. There are spaces available in the rear.

In addition, Davis said that one tenant has expanded their space at Sanseer Mill Office Park, 282 Main St. Extension. Columbus House has increased their space to 2,821 s/f.Davis represented the landlord, C & S Investments, LLC, and was the sole real estate broker.
