Tremont Realty Captial structures 90% LTC $2.5 million revolving line of credit

Tremont Realty Capital arranged specialty financing to provide for the acquisition of residential and commercial tax liens in the northeast and southeast regions of the United States. David Ross, a managing director with Tremont, arranged the $2.5 million line of credit, which was funded through a Tremont capital relationship. The three year line of credit provided for roughly 90% of costs, with a very attractive interest rate. According to Ross, "The borrower is a very successful tax lien buyer. The new line of credit will allow them to continue to expand their tax lien business." Tremont Realty Capital, LLC is a national real estate investment and advisory firm, which makes direct debt and equity investments and provides institutional advisory services. Direct programs include high leverage bridge loans, short and long term mezzanine loans and equity capital.
