TRB Development Group wins CHIEF Buildings Freight Terminal award

TRB Development Group, Inc. has won CHIEF Buildings' 2011 "Freight Terminal" award for pre-engineered metal buildings. The winning project is the new 45,968 s/f FedEx ground sorting distribution center in West Lebanon that the general contractor completed in June 2011. TRB was selected by The Westmorland Company of Huntsville, AL to build this facility, and it was designed by Amoskeag Architectural Group, LLC.Metro Walls begins framing at 75,000 s/f Bedford Falls Assisted Living Facilitybedford, nh Metro Walls, Inc. was hired by CE Floyd Company to install roof trusses, decking, exterior and interior wall and ceiling framing, and drywall finishes for the newly designed Bedford Falls Assisted Living Facility. The $24 million development will furnish a 75,000 s/f building, and is designed for 64 assisted living residencies, 84 apartments, and 20 memory care units. During the height of construction, Metro Walls will employ between 30 and 40 workers to keep the project on a fast-track. Metro Walls' familiarity with LEED compliance was ideal for Bedford Falls who will seek Silver LEED Certification for this project. The expected completion date is October.
