TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed converting the existing building at 40-46 Winter St. off The Common into 12 apartments full of light through tall windows that look out onto Winter St. and large transom windows over each bedroom door.
Sections of original red brick were preserved and are artistically joined with the new walls adding to the warmth of the apartments. Classic and modern blend well throughout with granite countertops, steel appliances, mahogany footed washstands, and suspended lighting.
