West Haven, CT On June 6, the Connecticut CCIM Chapter welcomes Dr. Thomas LaSalvia, head of commercial real estate economics for Moody’s Analytics as the keynote speaker of its mid-year economic symposium taking place at the University of New Haven.

Dr. LaSalvia will lead the panel with insights as to where commercial real estate markets may be headed in 2024. Leveraging key figures like inflation, housing data, and confidence indices, the panel will examine major trends that impact primary CRE sectors like office, industrial, retail, and multifamily.

He specializes in commercial real estate across all property types and curates CRE models and supported credit risk analysis for a variety of clients.
