Toll Brothers hold grand opening of Enclave at Boxborough model homes - 55+ community of carriage-style townhomes

Boxborough, MA Toll Brothers, has held a grand opening of its model homes at Enclave at Boxborough, a new active-adult, 55+ community of luxury carriage-style townhomes. Enclave at Boxborough opened for pre-sale in early 2021 with tremendous interest from home buyers.

The highly anticipated Davis and Wetherbee model homes feature innovative architecture complemented by interior design and merchandising, showcasing the blend of luxury and sophisticated elegance. The model homes were professionally decorated by HRI Design and are a must-see for home seekers in the Boxborough area.

The architectural designs of the homes at Enclave at Boxborough are unmatched in the area, featuring open concept floor plans ranging from 1,800-2,600 s/f with one or two-stories, first-floor primary bedroom suites, and two-car garages.

This wooded community with residents’ clubhouse, outdoor heated pool, and community garden is poised to be the area’s premier community for active adults.

“Our new Enclave at Boxborough community offers luxury, resort-style living for active adults and empty nesters in the charming town of Boxborough,” said Dave Bauer, division president of Toll Brothers in Mass. “The newly-opened model homes serve as an inspiration for our home buyers who are looking for an interior design aesthetic that is clean, simple, and fresh – this is the ultimate in low-maintenance luxury living.”

A private community of only 50 luxury townhomes within two-unit buildings, Enclave at Boxborough offers beautiful home sites conveniently located just minutes from I-495. The community is 30 miles from the New Hampshire state border as well as Boston.

Enclave at Boxborough buyers are able to personalize their homes at the Massachusetts Design Studio and choose from a wide variety of finishes to create their dream home. Also, unique to our homebuyers is the ability to create an outdoor living oasis with Toll Landscape.
