NAI Hunneman recently completed the sale of Warren Apartments, a 63-unit brick, garden style apartment community.NAI Hunneman's Robert Tito, executive vice president and principal, represented the seller Warren Metacom, LLC and procured the buyer, Diversified Funding, in the transaction.

Located in East Bay, Warren Apartments is a two building complex with 31 one bedroom and 32 two bedroom units. The property is located off of Rte. 136 with roadway visibility.
