Tito and Barroso of NAI Hunneman broker $3.26 million multifamily sale

Chelsea, MA NAI Hunneman brokered the $3.26 million sale of a 17-unit multifamily property located at 466-472 Broadway. In addition to the multifamily component, the property has three, street-level commercial spaces totaling 24,000 s/f. Executive vice president Robert Tito, assisted by assistant vice president Gina Barroso represented the seller 466-474 Broadway LLC and procured the buyer FC3 466 Broadway LLC.

“466 Broadway is prime urban, mixed-used building located in heart of Bellingham Square in Chelsea. The city has seen incredible growth, and has become a desirable rental destination,” said Barroso. “The property was a perfect fit for 466-474 Broadway LLC who already has a strong presence in Chelsea,” said Tito.

466-472 Broadway is in a transit-oriented location, steps away from the MBTA Bellingham Sq./Maverick Station bus stop and has direct the access to the MBTA Commuter Rail located at the corner of Arlington and Sixth St. The property is accessible via major highways and thoroughfare including I-93, Rte. 1 & 16.

466-472 Broadway consists of 17 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. There is also a roof top antenna generating additional income for the property.
