Tito and Barroso of NAI Hunneman broker $2.2 million sale for seller, NJ Development and buyer Aertsen Ventures
NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, brokered the $2.2 million sale of 106-110 Cambridge St., a 3,050 s/f retail building located at the corner of Bowdoin St. in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood.
Executive vice president/principal Robert Tito, assisted by sales associate Gina Barroso, represented the seller NJ Development LLC and procured the buyer Aertsen Ventures LLC.
"Location was the key driver in this deal bringing interest from numerous investors," said Tito. "It is rare when a property set at prominent Boston street corner with busy foot traffic becomes available and the buyer community responded and was willing to close during a fast due diligence period."
