Pepper Hamilton LLP has signed a renewal for 42,105 s/f for six years. The prestigious law firm, with over 400 attorneys serving clients from offices throughout the U.S. and in Europe, has maintained its local office at 125 High St. since 2007.

125 High St. is a three-building, 1.5 million s/f office complex located in the Financial District. The complex, which encompasses a full city block, sits on the Rose Kennedy Greenway and is bounded by High, Oliver, and Pearl Sts., includes three structures: The Oliver St. Tower; the High St. Tower; and 131 Oliver St. In all, the property covers 2.5 acres connected via an 11-story glass atrium, with views of downtown and the harbor. It also hosts a 766-space parking garage consisting of five underground levels.

Tenants also benefit from access to 25 acres of public gardens, as well as, nearby highway ramps. The property is situated in close proximity to I-93, the Mass. Turnpike and South Station.

“Tishman Speyer is a provider of first-class office space in major cities across four continents,” said the managing director Jessica Hughes, who heads the firm’s regional office.

“In many cases we serve the needs of world-class organizations in multiple cities. These two transactions illustrate that fact -- Hogan Lovells recently signed a lease at our Omniturm project in Frankfurt, Germany, while Pepper Hamilton is a tenant at 2000 K Street in Washington, DC. We greatly value our business relationships with both of them.”

125 High Street is certified for LEED Gold for Existing Buildings under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system.
