Tinkham reps TGSC Realty in $525,000 sale
Tinkham Realty completed the sale of a 7,500 s/f industrial condominium at the Pelham Industrial Park. The sale price according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds was $525,000.
Judy Tinkham represented the seller, TGSC Realty trust and assisted the buyer 17-19 Industrial, LLC.
