Timm joins DiPrete Engineering as senior project manager

According to DiPrete Engineering, Brian Timm, P.E. has joined its firm. As one of the firm's senior project managers, he will work in the Cranston and Dedham, Mass. offices. Timm has more than 15 years of engineering experience and has built a network throughout N.E. "I am honored to have been selected to join a company with such a long history of success, strong ties to the community and a well known presence throughout New England," said Timm. "DiPrete Engineering knows how to combine their expertise with their clients' goals and I look forward to helping them get the best possible results for their clients." "Brian's vast experience, skills, and knowledge of design, surveying and development will be an excellent resource for our clients," said Dennis DiPrete, principal of DiPrete. "He knows how to put himself in our client's shoes, and his professional background and wide network in the Mass. market will be an added benefit to our company and our clients." Brian Timm's specialties include: commercial, residential, and multi-family development, municipal peer reviews, and regulatory permitting. In addition, he has a strong understanding of R.I., Mass. and federal development regulations. Timm is a University of Connecticut graduate and a licensed professional engineer. His past engineering experience includes time spent at Commonwealth Engineering, Inc., and Meridian Assoc.
