Thompson Hennessey & Partners and FHO Ptrs. lease 15,700 s/f
James Griffin, vice president, and Colin Greenhalgh, associate at Thompson Hennessey & Partners, in conjunction with Jonathan Vacca of FHO Partners, represented Karmaloop in its recent lease of 15,700 s/f on the fourth and fifth floors of 334 Boylston St. The landlord, The Druker Company, was self-represented.
Karmaloop is an online re-seller of name brand underground streetwear and fashion.
