John D. Hastings Commercial Real Estate of Westport has leased office space at 44 Old Ridgefield Rd. to Leslie Dean Interiors, an interior design firm specializing in interior architecture, design, and decorating for over 25 years. Leslie Dean Interiors is expanding its Greenwich business to include Wilton and its surrounding marekts.
The Wilton location is owned and managed by MCL Ventures. Dale Thomas represented Leslie Dean in the transaction.
Thomas of Hastings Real Estate is also the exclusive agent for 2,720 s/f of office space at 35 Old Ridgefield Rd. in Wilton that is also owned and managed by MCL Ventures. The Wilton Center location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the railroad station but it offers a distinctive "peaceful country feel."
