Theroux of Drubner Commercial sells 5,000 s/f building for $480,000

According to David Theroux, managing partner of Waterbury-based Drubner Commercial Real Estate, the former Slater Funeral Home property located at 242 So. Main St. has been sold. The property consists of 3/4 acre of commercial zoned land with a 5,000 s/f building. The buyer is Sally Bowman of Cheshire and the seller was Golden Eye Realty, LLC of which John Ford is principal. The sale price was $480,000. Theroux is the exclusive broker representing Golden Eye Realty, LLC.
