The Warren Group launches a new way to search foreclosure info.
The Warren Group, which has been providing trusted real estate information to its customers for 135 years, has launched a product that will use its exclusive data to simplify the search for properties at various stages of the foreclosure process.
Warren Group Foreclosures, through its search engine at WarrenGroupForeclosures.com, will provide foreclosure data for Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island to the public. Listings are updated weekly and can be searched by town or county.
In addition to finding properties in various stages of the foreclosure process - petitions to foreclose, foreclosure auctions and bank-owned properties - users of the site will have access to those properties' recent sale prices and mortgage histories. The Warren Group also provides information about liens and bankruptcies, as well as community profiles.
The site also includes features like property mapping, actual deed images, a tool to determine the current estimated value of a home, full property details, like the number of rooms, living area and more. More features are on the horizon. Property photos and e-mail alerts will be added in the next few months.
"This is a milestone for The Warren Group and our customers," said CEO Timothy Warren Jr.
