The Stubblebine Company represents Polymer Corp. in 58,000 s/f lease at One Third Street

Polymer Corp. has leased 58,000 s/f of single-story industrial space at One Third St. David Stubblebine, principal of The Stubblebine Company, represented the tenant, Polymer Corp., and Development Associates represented the landlord, Manchem LLC. One Third St. is a secure, modern building with high open warehouse and office space with mezzanine. Situated in the Palmer Industrial Park, the building is located close to the Mass. Pike with access to all of New England. Polymer Corporation focuses on manufacturing low-volume, close-tolerance plastic parts and assemblies for blue-chip customers with demanding applications nationwide.
