The Stubblebine Company facilitates $23.75 million sale - purchased by Camber Development and Wheelock Capital Partners

Woburn, MA A joint venture between Camber Development and Wheelock Capital Partners purchased a multi-tenant industrial building at 45 Industrial Pkwy. The 89,442 s/f building sits on 4.58 acres and is located near the junction of I-93 and I-95.

The property was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale and traded for $23.75 million.

Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller and directly procured the buyer.

Tucker Kelton, founder and managing partner, Camber Development, said, “45 Industrial Parkway in Woburn is a great addition to our portfolio of well-located and highly functional industrial and life science assets in Greater Boston.
