The Stubblebine Company and CBRE New England handle 7,287 s/f lease
Deerwalk recently executed a lease for 7,287 s/f of office space at 430 Bedford St. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, while the landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by CBRE New England. The transaction represents an expansion for Deerwalk, who previously occupied the building on a sublease.
The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
