The Stubblebine Company and Atlantic Commercial Real Estate arrange $3.6 million sale

North Attleboro, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Atlantic Commercial Real Estate LLC sold 20 Alice Agnew Dr., a 44,450 s/f office/flex/warehouse building, to HTI Medical for $3.6 million.

David and James Stubblebine, and Rob Stave from The Stubblebine Co., represented the seller and Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial represented the buyer.
