The Stubblebine Co. executes 100,000 s/f lease to CATS Academy

Braintree, MA  CATS Academy, a U.K. based prep school, has executed a long term lease at 2001 Washington St., the former Kindred Hospital campus. Andrew Mann, partner of The Triad Group, represented CATS Academy, while David, James and Micah Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the interests of the landlord, 2001 Washington Street LLC. In addition to completely renovating the existing 100,000 s/f former hospital facility, 2001 Washington Street LLC has built 400 dorm rooms to accommodate the students. 2001 Washington St. is a property which has served the medical community since 1918. The facility was built in 1918 as a tuberculosis hospital for World War I veterans.
