The Stubblebine Co. arranges 325,000 s/f lease to Imperial Distributors

Worcester, MA Imperial Distributors, the third generation distribution company, recently leased 325,000 s/f at 150 Blackstone River Rd. David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented both the tenant and the landlord, 150 Blackstone River Road LLC in the long-term lease transaction.

150 Blackstone River Rd. the 625,000 s/f iconic former home of U.S. Steel for decades, is ideal for distribution–located along Rte. 146, the building is 1 mile to the Mass Pike (I-90) and Rte. 20. The facility has highway access to I-290, I-395 and I-495. 150 Blackstone River Road LLC razed the former property and built a 36’ clear sub-dividable rail served distribution building. Imperial Distributors will serve as the anchor tenant.
