Devens, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, and Michael Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. arranged a 55,500 s/f lease at 4 MacArthur Ave. to Allios, Inc. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, MacArthur Avenue, LLC, and R.W. Holmes Realty Co. represented the tenant in the transaction. Located less than two miles from Rte. 2, 4 MacArthur is ensconced in the Devens Commerce Center. A new 55,500 s/f warehouse building will be constructed by second quarter 2022 and will feature 24’ clear height and 6,000 s/f of office space.
