The Simon Konover Company opens 125-room Fairfield Inn & Suites

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Hyannis, MA

Hyannis, MA The 125-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Hyannis is scheduled to open for the 2016 summer season with its smart, inventive public space and guest room design, and its bright and inviting décor.

Located at 867 Iyannough Rd., the Fairfield Inn & Suites Cape Cod Hyannis will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed and owned by a wholly-owned affiliate of The Simon Konover Company. In 2013, The Simon Konover purchased the property and began design and construction of the new hotel. This project represents The Simon Konover’s entry into the Cape Cod region and the addition of the Fairfield Inn & Suites brand to its hotel portfolio.

“Design and construction of this property has been the focus our efforts for the past few years,” said James Wakim, president and COO of The Simon Konover. “The end result is gratifying and it is a privilege to have a presence in the historic Cape Cod region.”

This is the first Fairfield Inn & Suites in the area to feature the brand’s new design and décor, which enhance the guest experience through flexible features, and a warm and welcoming environment. Hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the 24/7 Corner Market. The hotel also offers 560 square feet of space to accommodate functions of up to 60 people. The hotel is managed by Konover Hotel Corporation.

Konover Hotel Corporation is a division of The Simon Konover Company. Started over 55 years ago, The Simon Konover Company is a fully integrated real estate organization nationally-recognized as one of the premier real estate entities operating throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.
