The Simboli Properties completed a new lease with Baldor Boston, a current tenant for over 7 years at Second St. The new location will be at 215 Williams St. Baldor Boston is a leading importer and distributor of top quality produce and specialty foods. The Simboli Properties will be handling construction services to build the new warehouse to suit, more than tripling the capacity of Baldor's current space. The new facility encompasses over 26,000 s/f of high bay refrigeration and freezer space.
