The Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts installs 2016 president and officers

Auburn, MA The Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts (RCA-MA), recently installed the 2016 officers and directors at a ceremony held at their local headquarters located at 492 Washington St. Barb Davis-Hassan, CCIM, broker/owner of Barb Hassan Realty, Inc., serves as the 2016 RCA-MA president. A Realtor since 1988 Hassan  has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation; the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She has been a member of the board of directors of the RCA-MA since 2008. 

She is a director on the Rental Housing Association of Berkshire County; is the chair and Recording Secretary for the DPW Study Committee for the Town of Lanesboro, and volunteers as Secretary, Bookkeeper, Assistant Church Clerk, Promotions Ministry Leader and Sound Booth Tech team at her church, New Life Community Fellowship in Pittsfield MA.  She has been a member of the local Chamber of Commerce since the mid 1990’s; served from 1997 – 2011 in various positions on the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, Inc. and was selected by her peers as the Realtor of the Year in 2008 by the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, Inc.. She and her husband Kenny have resided in Lanesboro MA since 1978. 

The 2016 officers include: president-elect, Frank Bertolino, Keller Williams Topsfield; secretary, Steven DeSisto, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Haverhill; and treasurer, Barbara Arena, Granite State Development Corp, Hanson.

RCA-MA is the only Realtor association in Mass. specifically for commercial agents.
