The RAM Companies acquires 111,000 s/f, 11.67 acre industrial park
According to Brian Gagne, executive vice president of acquisitions and development for The RAM Cos., the company has completed acquisition of a four building, 111,000 s/f industrial park with rail access on 11.67 acres. The fully leased industrial property is occupied by several tenants including The Monson Co. and Modern Dispersions. The property will be renamed The Leominster Commerce Center.
