The Proto Group completes $388,000 sale and leases totaling 30,475 s/f

Glastonbury, CT The Proto Group LLC of North Haven has completed the following transactions:

• Brett Wentzell and Wheatley Wentzell have purchased 437 Naubuc Ave., Unit 11, Glastonbury from Three Investors LLC for $388,800.  Financing for the purchase was secured through Matt Proto of United Bank.  Tom York of Goman & York represented the seller.  The buyers were represented by The Proto Group.

• Technical Gas Products has leased 18,692 s/f of office and warehouse space at Harvest Park in Wallingford.  Phil Barber of the H. Pearce Co. represented the tenant and The Proto Group represented the landlord, Verna Properties of Wallingford.

• Hala, Inc. has leased the full building at 27 Church St., New Haven and will renovate the 8,924 s/f property into multiple restaurant concepts and a membership hookah lounge on the second floor.  Charlotte Goldblatt of Goldblatt Associates represented the tenant.  The Proto Group represented the landlord, 27-31-33 Church LLC.  The lease has a ten-year base term with two five-year options.

• Uday Patel CAP has leased a second office in New Haven at 458 Grand Ave.  Patel signed a lease for 409 s/f of office space.  Liz Zakrzewski of Coldwell Banker in North Haven represented Patel and The Proto Group represented the landlord.

• Relentless Jeans signed a two-year lease for 2,450 s/f at Shunpike Business Center, 1275 Cromwell Ave., Rocky Hill. The landlord, Shunpike Business Center LLC was represented by Jay Morris of OR&L. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group.
