The Modern Collective Group of Compass sells 120 Ferry Rd. for $1.1 million

Bristol, RI Compass sold 120 Ferry Rd. for $1.1 million. Adam Osetek, co-founder of The Modern Collective Group of Compass, represented the buyer.

With aesthetic nods to an English estate gatehouse, this brick and shingle cottage features three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, oak paneling and unique architectural details throughout. Located nearby the Blithewold Mansion, the property’s grounds are particularly of note.

In 2023, Osetek joined forces with Tommy St. Lawrence to form The Modern Collective Group, based out of Compass’ Providence office.

“The Modern Collective Group considers it a privilege to help educate buyers on the Rhode Island market and help clients identify their perfect piece of the Ocean State,”said Osetek. “Relocating from Montana to Bristol, we’re thrilled to have guided another family home.”

In 2022, Osetek closed over $17M+ in sales volume, leading to his recognition by RealTrends as part of the top 1.5% of Agents Nationwide.*

The Modern Collective Group, who transact across all price-points throughout Rhode Island, is known for their work with out-of-state clients relocating to Rhode Island.
