The LockWorks opens at BLT's Harbor Point with 35 leases signed

The newly opened LockWorks, a brand new premier rental property, is in full swing with 35 leases signed in the first two weeks. Building upon the ongoing success of 101 Park Place and The Lofts at Yale & Towne, Harbor Point is officially introducing its newest residences, in the heart of Stamford's historic "Lock" district. The LockWorks, a 329-unit complex, features two 6-story buildings connected by a central roof terrace complete with pool, courtyard, lounge area and fire pits. The LockWorks offers a range of housing options including studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, and townhomes. There will be retail shops located on the ground floor and The LockWorks is only steps away from Fairway Market, Design Within Reach, Cornell University Veterinary Specialists, Robek's Premium Fruit Smoothies, Go Green Dry Cleaners and, coming soon Dinosaur Barb-B-Que. "The LockWorks offers an extrodinary living experience with a long list of amenities located in the heart of Harbor Point's vibrant revitalization," said Carl Kuehner III, CEO of Building and Land Technology. "The ability to walk everywhere including the Stamford Train Station only reinforces a truly unique experience for our residents."
