The Kensington named nation’s Top Property for Online Reputation by Multifamily Executive and J Turner Research

Boston, MA The Kensington has been named the nation’s Top Property for Online Reputation by Multifamily Executive and J Turner Research, for delivering exceptional customer service to residents. Conducted by J Turner Research, the Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) Power Rankings evaluate the 50 best apartment communities and management companies across the country, and is considered the foremost authority for property management standings.  Bozzuto, the country’s leading property management company in this year’s ORA Power rankings, manages The Kensington. This is the second top-five finish for The Kensington after 2014’s fourth-place finish for the same award.

Across the country, the average ORA score is 56, making The Kensington’s leading score of 95 nearly 60% higher than the national average. Bozzuto and their Kensington team have been able to achieve such outstanding results by ensuring even the simplest considerations are never overlooked. Considerations like quick reaction time and consistent follow up to all resident questions or concerns means residents never feel left out or ignored. This consistent flow of communication applies to negative comments or problems as well, not just the positive feedback. Residents feel well respected and that their decision to live at The Kensington was a great one.

“Having luxurious amenities and the best finishes is the easy part,” said Keri Walker, senior vice president of Bozzuto Management. “To really impress today’s discerning client, you need to look ahead to potential shortfalls that could occur and stopping problems before anyone knows they exist. True brand loyalty requires a full-time commitment. Referrals and resident recommendations only happen when you go beyond just satisfying needs and into the realm of consistently exceeding expectations over and over again.”

Centrally located in Boston’s Theatre District and Chinatown, The Kensington features beautifully appointed studio, one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses spread out across 27 stories and 381 apartments. Each one features recycled glass countertops, oversized windows, high ceilings, hardwood floors, washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances. Residents are also treated to modern amenities like an “unplugged” e-lounge, rooftop outdoor pool and patio, a Solar Power solarium and even a pet-grooming spa.

Overall, Bozzuto is the highest-ranked property management company in the country according to ORA Power Rankings, with four properties in the top 50, the most by any management company, and all Bozzuto-managed properties rank higher than the national average.

“Our residents are the ones who advocate for us online and off and in the end, provide our most valuable and authentic marketing,” said Stephanie Williams, president of Bozzuto Management. “We’ve put significant time and effort into learning who our resident is on a human level, and we incorporate that into our business every step of the way. Ultimately, our goal is to deliver a sense of belonging and an unwavering confidence for our customers that the home they’ve chosen is the perfect fit for who they are.”
