Given the flexibility and uniqueness of the project, we are seeing users of all types and sizes grow very interested in becoming 4 Burlington Woods' first tenant. In the Burlington market, where large blocks of vacant space are getting scarce, this 100,000 s/f LEED Certified building will be a great option for growing High Tech companies.
