The Geenty Group leases 5,500 s/f whse./office space to Tennis in Motion

According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Kevin Geenty, David Fleischman, and Barry Stratton were the sole agents in helping both the landlord and tenant in a five-year lease of a 5,500 s/f warehouse/office space located in a multi-tenant facility at 21 Commerce Dr. The tenant is Stephen O'Keefe of Tennis in Motion LLC. The tenant will utilize the space as a tennis training facility for young children, ages 4-9 years old. It will house 3 specially designed 18'x 36' courts. This unique indoor facility is the first of its type in New England and only the second one in the United States. These special training facilities for young children are quite common in Europe and Asia. In addition to tennis skills, the goal is to develop hand/eye coordination in the children. An open house will be held in May and the grand opening will be this coming June. The landlord is W.E. Hitchcock, LLC.
