The Geenty Group leases 1,000 s/f to Global Sourcing Solution, Inc.

The Geenty Group Realtors has leased 1,000 s/f at 25 Water St. on the historic Guilford, Green. Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the landlord, Louis Guerrera while David Fleischman also of the Geenty Group Realtors represented the tenant, Tom Vendetti, partner/senior vice president sales and marketing at Global Sourcing Solution, Inc. (GSSI). GSSI is based in Orange County, Calif. with U.S. offices in Baltimore, Dallas, Des Moines, Detroit, Kansas City, Oakland, suburban New York City, and Philadelphia. GSSI is a leading international sales and sourcing company for U.S. clients internationally, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. Guilford will house GSSI's new satellite office.
