The Geenty Group completes $1.753 million sale in New Haven

The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of 1 Brewery St. The State of Connecticut Department of Transportation vied with a local New Haven company in its attempt to purchase this building for their business. The property consists of 117,549 s/f and is an older freezer/refrigerated building on a well located 4.5 acre land parcel right at the junction of I-95 and I-91. The sale price was $1.753 million. The seller is Maritime International, Inc. of New Bedford, Mass. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and Kristin Geenty, SIOR were the sole agents in this transaction. This was another of many transactions completed by The Geenty Group in the past few years which originated through a referral from an out of state member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
