The Geenty Group Commercial arranges 4,000 s/f lease to Yale University

1353 Boston Post Road - Madison, CT

Madison, CT Kristin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group Commercial Realtors has arranged a lease with Yale University for a lease for nearly 4,000 s/f of medical office space at 1353 Boston Post Rd. The new location, which will serve as a dermatology practice, will undergo extensive renovations to meet Yale’s standards for medical facilities, ensuring amenities and top-tier finishes that match those of all new Yale medical properties.

The search for a suitable location was extensive, with Yale University and their medical practice team spending over six months evaluating various spaces to find the perfect fit for their needs. This Madison location was selected for its strategic position and the potential to create a cutting-edge medical environment.

While specific financial details of the lease agreement have not been disclosed, there is additional space available within the property. This offers an opportunity for other tenants whose operations would synergize with Yale’s medical practice.
