The Geenty Group brokers two lease transactions totaling 25,341 s/f

According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford, a 23,141 s/f warehouse storage space with an additional 50,000 s/f available at 13 Beaver Rd. has been leased from The Joan G. Adams Appointment Trust, to Century Business Archives, a firm which picks up, stores, and retrieves, as needed, documents and records for attorneys, businesses, CPAs, etc. The landlord was represented by Kristin Geenty, SIOR and Kevin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group Realtors, while the tenant was represented by William Ludwig of Wareck Realty. In another transaction, a 2,200 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 31 Eastern Steel Rd., Milford has been leased from Connors Properties, LLC, to East Coast Valve Services Inc. which specializes in the maintenance and repair of industrial valves and actuators, with headquarters in Chesapeake, Va. The tenant was represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group Realtors, while the landlord was represented by William Clark of the Geenty Group Realtors.
