The Geenty Group brokers three lease transactions totaling 9,121 s/f

The Geenty Group, Realtors leased 6,321 s/f at 222 Universal Dr. The tenant is UZID, LLC. The company provides distribution and sales of cell phones and related products. The landlord is Branco, Inc. and was represented by Barry Stratton, Kevin Geenty, SIOR, and David Fleischman, all of The Geenty Group. The tenant was represented by John Armellino of Weichert Realtors in Orange. The Geenty Group also leased 2,000 s/f at 21 Business Park Dr., Branford. The tenant is Win Wholesale Property, LLC. It is a division of the Winnelson Co. which supplies plumbing fixtures and more. The new space will be a turnkey office designed for the tenant by the landlord, Parish Farms, LLC. Kristin Geenty, SIOR and Kevin Geenty, SIOR were the agents representing the landlord. Kristin Geenty represented the tenant. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group leased 800 s/f at 181 Research Dr., an industrial unit in a multi tenant facility in Milford. Dan Luttrell is the tenant. He will use the space for small medical equipment design and assembly. The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC. Clark was the sole agent.
