The Geenty Group brokers 2,800 s/f in two lease transactions

Ancestral Coffee, Inc. of Branford, a distributor of fine imported coffees from Colombia, has leased 1,600 s/f of warehouse space at 53 East Industrial Rd. Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented both the tenant, Ancestral Coffee, Inc. and the landlord PADULA, LLC of Stonington in the transaction. In another transaction, Kevin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors cooperated with Susan Mullane of Weichert Realtors of Branford in assisting Steady Photography in its relocation to 765 East Main St. Steady Photography is a full service studio which specializes in portraits, weddings, and school photography. Steady Photography leased 1,200 s/f for its relocated studio which opened for business April 1st.
