Metro Center, 350 Church Street - Hartford, CT

Hartford, CT The Fremont Group (Fremont) completed the sale of Metro Center located at 350 Church St. to Shelbourne Global Solutions (Shelbourne) for $49 million. Fremont and Shelbourne created a strategic alliance to have Fremont both consult and manage the property.

Jonathan Keller, president of The Fremont Group, expressed how much he looks forward to continuing Fremont’s work with Metro Center to maintain its position as the best office location in Hartford for its tenants – Lincoln Financial, CBIA and Cohn Reznick.

Ben Schlosberg, president of Shelbourne said, “We are excited to complete this transaction.  It is a great addition to our Hartford portfolio which includes 20 Church St. and 100 Pearl St.  We are thrilled to be working with Jonathan Keller and Joe Sposito of The Fremont Group into the future.  We believe Fremont is the premier local real estate company in the area.  We have enjoyed our relationship together over the last few years and anticipate working together in the future.”

Fremont acquired the asset 4 years ago.

Patrick Mulready of CBRE/NE represented the seller in the transaction.  “This is an exciting transaction for the market.  I am sure Fremont and Shelbourne will enjoy working together on many projects in the future.  They are both excellent firms doing interesting work in the market.”
