The Conrad Group represents Hajjar Management in 7,486 s/f lease

The Conrad Group completed a recent lease signing for 7,486 s/f of space at 12 Grove St. The single story, stand alone building is located at the intersection of Rte. 53 and Grove St. and has visibility to each route. The new tenant, A Fox & Hounds Petcare Inc., is a professional pet care center that offers services including daycare, boarding, grooming and training. Robert Conrad of The Conrad Group said, "A Fox & Hounds Petcare has operated in Hingham for several years and due to their growth needed a larger building. 12 Grove offers them the needed space, a fully air-conditioned interior and great visibility from Rte. 53." The Conrad Group represented the landlord, Hajjar Management while Rich Beal, principal of Perry Brokerage represented the tenant.
