The Conrad Group completes $3.2 million sale of 104 Longwater Dr.
Norwell, MA The Conrad Group has completed the sale of 104 Longwater Dr. for $3.2 million. The property, fully leased to five tenants at the time of sale, is located in Assinippi Park. The tenant spaces range in size from 2,850 - 4,800 s/f.
The Conrad Group team of James McEvoy, senior vice president, and Robert Conrad, president, exclusively represented the seller and introduced the buyer, 104 Longwater LLC.
