The Certified Property Manager designation: Need it. Earn it. Keep it
You're so close to your ultimate goal of becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and attaining the apex of the real estate management profession. Whether you need to complete your management plan, take your CPM Certification Exam, or both, IREM Connecticut Chapter No. 51 has good news for you. The CPM Capstone Track is coming to Connecticut!
The full CPM Capstone Track (includes Management Plan Skills Assessment (MPSAXM) and CPM Certification Exam (CPMEXM)) will be held June 16-20. Only need the Management Plan Skills Assessment or the CPM Certification Exam? No problem. Both portions of the Capstone Track can be registered for individually.
