The CCIM Connecticut Chapter meets at the Matrix Corporate Center in Danbury Sponsored by Matrix Corporate Center
Aaron Smiles, director of operations and development of Matrix Realty Group, and Mark Melchione, also from Matrix, hosted a bi-monthly CCIM meeting at the Matrix Corporate Center in Danbury, with a tour of the property. Top level speeches were given by Aaron and Mark on the $74 million acquisition of the Matrix building a number of years ago, including their principal, who put a $1 million non-refundable deposit down after walking through the building for a few hours. Aaron also talked about the leasing strategies and how the building is attracting tenants from the tri-state area. A real brain fest! Beautiful prizes were also raffled off.
