The Boulos Company hires Donnelly and Domingos; promotes Grillo

Portland, ME The Boulos Company welcomed Roy Donnelly as an associate in the local office. Donnelly previously worked as an associate broker, focusing on commercial real estate in Rockland, and in the Boston area as a leasing agent. Donnelly will support brokerage operations in the mid-coast.

Also, Jill Domingos was hired as executive assistant to Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, who is the managing director of New Hampshire operations. Before turning to commercial real estate, Domingos spent a decade working as an executive assistant in law enforcement.

Sarah Grillo, who joined The Boulos Company last year as a marketing and administrative assistant, has been promoted to the new role of transaction coordinator. She will assume the role of overseeing the closure of commercial real estate files within a database and handling invoicing processes for brokers. She will also be tasked with optimizing software and reporting practices to provide clients with the most current data.

“Sarah has had a big impact here in the short time she’s been with the company,” said president Jessica Estes. “We are excited to see her grow into this new role, where she’ll have oversight of some of the company’s most integral functions.”
